SpaceX launches solar sail the size of a boxing ring
In the evening, SpaceX is expected to launch its Falcon Heavy rocket in its most complex mission to date: bringing two dozen satellites into three different orbits. Although there are all kinds of technologies on board, the star of the series is the Lightsail 2, a cube the size of a bread that will eventually deploy in Mylar sail thinner than the hair and the width of a boxing ring, which will help him use light particles to push it further into orbit.
