How to view and download the Movistar invoice
For Fusion customers the invoice is electronic; therefore, to download the Movistar invoice, we will need to access the customer area of the company. For that, the first thing to do is to go to My Movistar and login with our username and password.
Once inside, we go to the section invoices and we can see all the bills available from Last 12 monthss of all our lines, even those that have been unloaded during the last year. When selecting one of them, in the tab indicated at the bottom right of each fatura, we will have access to the options to browse the details of the invoice (assets for invoices of the last 6 months), print or download the Movistar invoice in PDF format, download or print your invoice in PDF format with legal validity, ask for a duplicate or claim the invoice if we do not approve something that is reflected there.
Therefore, just choose the desired option for download the Movistar invoice if we are Fusion customers. It is interesting to know that Movistar sends us a warning message when the new invoice is available on the web and in the application. If you do not receive it, you can update your email address from the Management> Paperless Invoice option.
The bills of Movistar + Satellite it is issued on the 1st of each month and collects the advance billing of iPlus and Multi + plans, options and services, as well as the VPP consumed the previous month. To see the detail of the bill, we have to enter the Movistar + customer area and then we go to My Account> My Receipts and Invoices.
If we want to download a Movistar invoice more than a year ago, it is also possible, since Movistar offers the possibility to request a duplicate any invoice for the last 5 years.
