Although EA is best known for its blockbuster franchises such as Battlefield, FIFAand, more recently, Apex Legends, the publisher's EA Originals label hosts excellent, smaller experiences. Today, at E3 in Los Angeles, the company has revealed three other independent independent games that are in preparation.
The first one calls Lost at random, and it is developed by Zoink Studios, the team behind the meditative adventure Faith. We do not know much about the game, but like its predecessor, it has an absolutely beautiful and ethereal visual style. It is described as a "mixture of strategy and action that explores the notion of chance and opportunity, located in a beautifully dark and living world".
Lost at random is joined by RustHeart, a science fiction action role game focused on cooperation. The players will play the role of explorer in an extraterrestrial multiverse and will be joined by a robot companion in the hand. EA calls this "an irresistible mix of role-play tactical action, player invention and spray paint". An exit Hazelight Studio is also working on a non-advertised game under the EA Originals banner. The three new games are for PC and unspecified consoles.
